In my early 20s I stumbled upon a VHS tape of Rodney Yee's AM Yoga. For years, I would revisit the tape when I was feeling stressed and overwhelmed. Since then, I've expanded my yoga journey and have taken classes in over 6 countries and enjoyed multiple different styles.
In 2018, returning to Seattle from working abroad for several years in Luxembourg I completed my 200 hour Vinyasa Flow training at Live Love Flow. My yoga practice over the years created a space to de-stress from my corporate life and tune into my body, specifically my breathing. As a teacher, I create a safe and fun place for you to start or continue your yoga journey.
In my classes, I build sequences to energize and ground you in the moment while having fun. My class is inclusive for all levels as we move from pose to pose linking your breath to movement.
